At this moment, it is unclear how the Tottenham club will develop over the next few years, as the club is facing a serious threat of relegation to the Championship, but plans are slowly being made.

It is clear that after a very poor season, changes should occur in the London club's management.

According to BBC journalist Sami Mokbel, Tottenham is interested in long-time Crystal Palace sporting director Dougie Freedman, who is currently working in Saudi Arabia.

Freedman moved to work at the Saudi Arabian club Al-Diriyah in 2025 after an 8-year stint at Crystal Palace.

Tottenham is also eyeing Chelsea sporting director Paul Winstanley and Bournemouth football operations manager Thiago Pinto.

Currently, the London club is led in sports by Johann Lange, who realistically may be dismissed after the season.
