The head coach of London’s Chelsea club, Liam Rosenior, stated that the goal remains to be in the Champions League zone and did not understand the opposing fans' hatred towards Alejandro Garnacho:
"A. Garnacho is an incredible player. He trains excellently, and I like his reaction to not being in the starting lineup.
I don’t understand. I don’t understand why the Argentine gets whistled. Perhaps because he can become a threat to the opponents.
Sometimes people judge others based on their appearance. A. Garnacho is a player of great character.”
"It will be a successful season for the ‘Aristocrats’ if they qualify for the Champions League next season. We have to achieve that.
Knowing where we are, we have a very good chance of achieving that.”
London’s Chelsea club is in eighth place in the English championship with 45 points.
They are three points behind the ‘Liverpool’ club, which is in the Champions League zone, but they have a game in hand.
