In today's Saudi Arabian league matches, football fans will likely not see "Al Nassr" club forward Cristiano Ronaldo on the field.

As reported by "A Bola," the 40-year-old Portuguese has decided to boycott the team's match against "Al Riyadh."

C. Ronaldo has not experienced an injury, and he is also not angry with the team's head coach Jorge Jesus.

The sniper was upset by the "Al Nassr" club management, who are breaking promises made to him regarding the continuous strengthening of the team's roster. Earlier this month, the powers of sporting director Simao Coutinho and general director Jose Semedo were "frozen."

In January, the Riyadh team brought in only one newcomer – inexperienced midfielder Haydeer Abdulkareem, while the team's main competitors are working much more actively in the player market.

In the Saudi Arabian championship, the "Al Nassr" club is in second place, trailing by three points behind the "Al Hilal" team.
