Drama in the Madrid derby as Real secures a dramatic victory

Real Madrid celebrated a dramatic victory in the city derby.

The royal club dramatically defeated Rayo Vallecano 2:1.

In the 10th minute, Jude Bellingham suffered a thigh muscle injury, and he couldn't hold back his tears.

In the 15th minute, Vinicius scored the first goal.

After the break, in the 49th minute, guest forward Jorge de Frutos scored with an accurate shot.

Pathe Ismaël Ciss was sent off in the 80th minute, leaving his team short-handed. He was dismissed for a rough foul.

9 minutes were added to the regular time, and at the end of that, a penalty was provoked by Brahimi Diaz. Kylian Mbappe did not miss from the spot.

At the very end, Rayo Vallecano received another red card – Jose Chavarria was sent off for arguing.

Real continues to keep close to Barcelona in the La Liga standings.
