The head coach of London’s Crystal Palace club, Oliver Glasner, denied rumors that the team could lose forward Jean-Philippe Mateta:

"J. Mateta did not say that he wants to move anywhere else, and we have not received any offers for him. That is the situation.

I talk to my players about various topics, but this is something I will not disclose publicly.”

"I will repeat what I said two weeks ago – every player has his price, which is confirmed by the club.”

The Eagles lost their key defender and captain Marc Guehi last week.

He moved to Manchester City.

Meanwhile, Jean-Philippe Mateta is linked with a move to Juventus in Turin.

The 28-year-old Frenchman has been playing for Crystal Palace since 2020 and has scored 48 goals in 149 matches.

This season, the forward has scored 10 times in 32 matches.
