Manchester United's run in this season's FA Cup tournament has come to an end.

On Sunday, the "Red Devils" lost 1:2 to the Brighton team and were eliminated from the tournament.

The match started more actively for Man Utd, but the first goal was scored by the visitors when Brian Gruda sent the ball into the net in the 12th minute.

The hosts again started the second half more actively, but Brighton scored again when former United player Danny Welbeck found the net with a wonderful shot in the 64th minute.

In the 85th minute, the hopes of the Red Devils were revived by Benjamin Šeška.

In the 89th minute, Man Utd was left to play with a disadvantage when Shea Lacey, unable to control his emotions, received a second yellow card.

The hosts, now down a player, could not threaten Brighton's goal seriously and exited the FA Cup battle.
