The head coach of London’s Chelsea club, Enzo Maresca, confirmed that the team's star Cole Palmer will not play against Cardiff City and commented on his words about the 48 hours in the team:

"We have to protect C. Palmer.”

The Englishman cannot play three matches a week.”

My focus is on the Carabao Cup match and reaching my third semifinal during my time with the team.”
