In recent weeks, rumors have been circulating that the president of the royal club, Florentino Pérez, is preparing to bid farewell to the famous specialist.

After the 2:1 victory against 'Alavés', journalist Emilio Contreras stated:

'Last year, the situation with Carlo Ancelotti was even worse. The results are not bad - not long ago, the club was at the top of 'La Liga' and is now among the 8 strongest teams in the Champions League.'

'I don't understand why such rumors are spreading. Of course, this is 'Real' and winning is a necessity. Nevertheless, there is currently no specific successor in sight. I think dismissing X. Alonso would be a mistake,' said Nacho Labarga.
