"Manchester City" was on the verge of a huge fiasco in London.
As guests, the "Cityzens" defeated "Fulham" 5:4.
After the first half, the guests from Manchester were confidently leading. Goals were scored by Erling Haaland, Tijjani Reijnders, and Phil Foden. However, towards the end of the half, Emile Smith Rowe reduced the score.
The second half started with another wave of attacks from "Man City." In the 48th minute, P. Foden secured his "double," and soon after, Jeremy Doku created another goal, giving the guests a four-goal lead (1:5).
In the 57th minute, Alex Iwobi scored once, and in the 72nd and 78th minutes, "Fulham" got even closer thanks to two goals from Samuel Chukwueze.
In the last minute, "City" was saved by Joško Gvardiol, who cleared a dangerous shot from Josh King off the goal line.
Pep Guardiola's team solidifies their second position in the "Premier" league.
