"Liverpool” club head coach Arne Slot commented before the match with Madrid’s "Real” on how he will welcome former player Trent Alexander-Arnold and the reason Florian Wirtz played less on Saturday:

"I can only tell you what kind of reception the Englishman will receive from me. I have good memories of him as a player and a person, my vice-captain.

I have positive memories from working with T. Arnold. He will receive a warm greeting from me, that’s for sure.”
