The legendary Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher compared London Arsenal midfielder Declan Rice to London Chelsea midfielder Moises Caicedo:

"If we're talking about a fully developed midfielder, D. Rice is better than M. Caicedo.

I think the Englishman simply has more quality on the ball."
