The head coach of London’s Chelsea club, Enzo Maresca, did not hide his anger about the referees' work after the 1:3 loss to Bayern Munich:

The referee’s decision not to give a red card to Bayern's defender Jonathan Tah was particularly painful.

It seems to me that he should have been sent off the pitch, as there was no attempt to play the ball in that situation.
