Ole Gunnar Solskjær's time at the helm of the "Beşiktaş" team has come to an end.

On Thursday, the Turkish club failed to qualify for the main stage of the UEFA Europa Conference League, which cost the former "Manchester United" coach his position.

"After being eliminated from the UEFA Europa Conference League, the club’s management convened an urgent meeting, during which it was decided to part ways with coach O. G. Solskjær,” the "Beşiktaş" statement said.

The Norwegian took charge of the Turkish club only at the beginning of this year.
