PSG defender Nuno Mendes has surpassed football legends and inscribed himself into the history of the most popular game on the planet.

It has been counted that yesterday, in the UEFA Super Cup match, after a series of 11-meter penalties, the French team defeated Tottenham, and the player won his 14th trophy of his career.

This way, in terms of achievements before the age of 23, N. Mendes has left behind Kingsley Coman (13 trophies), Kylian Mbappe (12), Pelé and Lionel Messi (11 each), as well as Cristiano Ronaldo and Joao Neves (10 each).

The Portuguese began his professional career just five years ago.

While playing for the Lisbon club Sporting, he triumphed in the country's championships and cup competitions. Later, he continued his impressive streak with the PSG team and the Portugal national team.
