In the UEFA Champions League second qualifying round draw, "Žalgiris" may face potential matches against the champions of Ukraine, Israel, Serbia, Georgia, or Sweden.

In the second round, the Žalgiris team has been placed in a pot of teams with lower rankings and will have potential matches against famous opponents.

The winner of the matchup between "Žalgiris" and "Hamrun Spartans" will receive one of these opponents in the draw: Belgrade's "Crvena zvezda" (Serbia), Tel Aviv's "Maccabi" (Israel), Kyiv's "Dynamo" (Ukraine), or Tbilisi's "Iberia 1999" (Georgia) and the winner of the "Malmö FF" (Sweden) matchup.

The Champions League draw will take place on Wednesday from 1 PM, and the second round matches will be held on July 22/23 and 29/30.

The team that loses in the first round will advance to the second qualifying round of the Conference League, where "Žalgiris" would be among teams with higher rankings and would draw one of the losing teams from these three matchups: Gnjilane's "Drita" (Kosovo) or Differdange's "Differdange 03" (Luxembourg), Tbilisi's "Iberia 1999" (Georgia) or "Malmö FF" (Sweden), Dublin's "Shelbourne" (Ireland) or Belfast's "Linfield" (Northern Ireland).

The Conference League draw ceremony will take place at 3 PM, and the second round matches will be held on July 24 and 31.
