Inter Shaken by Unprecedented Scandal © zumapress.com

The last week has been extremely sad for Milan "Inter" fans.

The Italian club narrowly missed out on winning the "Serie A" championship and was crushed 0:5 by Paris "Saint Germain" in the UEFA Champions League final.

However, the "Inter" team may receive much worse news regarding its behind-the-scenes operational methods.

The website "Foot Mercato" has released a confidential report revealing serious financial violations by the Milan team, suspicious sponsorship deals, and alarming connections with ultra groups.

It is reported that between 2016 and 2019, in order to meet strict UEFA financial requirements, "Inter" received 300 million euros from highly questionable Asian companies.

The Milan team is accused of creating fake sponsorship contracts, accounting fraud to avoid bankruptcy, and the possible exclusion from the "Serie A" championships. Furthermore, there was pressure on the country's football authorities to ignore financial violations.

It is also revealed that club director Beppe Marotta maintained close ties with "Inter" ultras and may have been involved in organized crime schemes.

It is reported that if the suspicions are confirmed, this could be the most famous "Serie A" scandal since the 2006 "Calciopoli" events.
