POP: Neymar's chef has filed a lawsuit

One of the richest Brazilian footballers Neymar is facing unpleasant accusations.

The personal chef of the Santos forward revealed that while working for the player, she encountered slave-like conditions.

For just 654 Brazilian reais a month (108 Euros), the woman often had to toil in the kitchen from 7 in the morning until 11 at night.

The chef not only fed Neymar but also prepared feasts for his friends, sometimes as many as 150 would arrive at his luxurious apartment.

The woman had to carry pieces of meat weighing 10 kg and other food products; she felt physical pain and exhaustion.

Her lawyers state that although sometimes the footballer paid her double the salary for overtime, it does not change the essence of the matter.

Neymar is now being asked to pay 43 thousand reais (7 thousand Euros) for the employee's medical expenses and moral compensation.
