The Spanish police confirmed the cause of death of Liverpool player Diogo Jota and his brother Andre Silva.

It has been reported that investigators determined that on the fateful night, the footballers were driving at breakneck speed in a Lamborghini Huracan.

This led to a blown tire and a horrific accident.

However, independent expert Javier Lopez Delgado urges local government representatives to be concerned about the condition and specifics of the road itself.

According to him, speed undoubtedly contributed to the tragedy, but the treachery of the road also played a significant role – this area sees extremely frequent car accidents.

Not far from the location of the players' accident, another serious traffic incident was recorded shortly before.
