The Madrid "Real" team has already selected a new coach.
Not even a day passing since the long-time strategist Carlo Ancelotti's departure, the royal team officially announced that they have handed over the "hot" seat to Bayer Leverkusen's master of victories, Xabi Alonso.
The 43-year-old specialist has committed to working in the Spanish capital for the next three years.
"X. Alonso is a "Real" legend and one of the best players in the entire history of football. He played for the Madrid team from 2009 to 2014 and won six titles," the "La Liga" club's statement reads.
He will be introduced to the media during a ceremonial event taking place tomorrow.
