Official: J. Vardy will play in Italy

The legendary Leicester City forward Jamie Vardy has chosen a new club.

It has been officially announced that the 38-year-old Englishman will now wear the "Cremonese" team's jersey.

The former veteran, now a free agent, will play in the Serie A league for at least one season. At the end of the season, the contract may be extended for additional years.

J. Vardy spent 13 years at Leicester and scored 200 goals in over 500 matches.

"Cremonese" had a fantastic start to the Italian championship, celebrating two victories in the first two rounds.
