Official: Fiorentina has sacked S. Pioli

Stefano Pioli's tenure at the helm of the Fiorentina team is over.

On Tuesday, the Italian club officially announced that it is parting ways with the 60-year-old specialist.

Having taken over the team's reins just this summer, the Italian coach did not manage to secure a single victory in the Serie A championship, and Fiorentina is currently sitting at the bottom of the table.

Stefano Pioli is no longer the coach of Fiorentina.

ACF Fiorentina announces that Stefano Pioli has been relieved, as of today, from the position of head coach of the men's First Team.
