Nine-goal match spiced with red cards – PSG's crushing victory over Bayer © AP

In Germany – a match with a rarely seen score. PSG defeated Bayer Leverkusen 7:2 away.

The first half of the match was incredibly unpredictable.

In the 7th minute, William Pacho scored the first goal.

In the 25th minute, Alejandro Grimaldo missed a penalty kick, hitting the goalpost. Soon after, Bayer's situation became even worse – after a VAR review, Robert Andrich was sent off for unsportsmanlike conduct.

Shortly thereafter, PSG players were also reduced to ten. For a last-hope foul, Ukrainian Ilya Zabarnyi earned a penalty kick and a red card. Aleixas Garcia didn't miss the spot kick this time.

During the remaining time of the first half, the guests managed to score three more goals – accurate were Kvicha Kvaratskhelia and Desire Doue, who scored a brace.

In the second half, Nuno Mendes, returning to the field after an injury, Ousmane Dembele, and A. Garcia each added a goal.

The final goal was scored in the 90th minute by Vitinha.

A very similar score occurred in Eindhoven, where PSV crushed the Italian champions Napoli 6:2.

Conte's team finally collapsed after Lorenzo Lucco received a red card in the 76th minute. After that, PSV scored three more goals.
