In a local championship match against "Flamengo," the 33-year-old Brazilian surprised fans and teammates when he ran from the center of the field to his team's goalkeeper to take the kick-off quickly.

However, even such efforts were futile – "Santos" had to acknowledge their opponents' superiority with a score of 2:3.
