London's Chelsea club forward Nicolas Jackson, after receiving a red card in the match against Flamengo, apologized for his actions:

"I want to apologize. To the club, the staff, my teammates, and all the fans who watched the match because I let you down. Another red card and I am truly very angry at myself.

I work hard every day to help the team avoid putting us in such situations. I still don't fully understand how this happened and one thing is clear: it was not a deliberate act."
