In the Africa Cup, the Moroccan national team defeated Comoros at home with a score of 2:0.

These were the first matches of the tournament.

In the 11th minute, the home player Soufiane Rahimi missed a penalty.

In the 55th minute, Brahim Diaz led the Moroccans ahead.

In the 74th minute, Ayoub El Kaabi doubled the score with a goal scored by a shot over himself.

The Moroccans will play their next match on Friday against Mali.
