It is planned to soften the coercive measure for former 'BaltCap' fund partner Šarūnas Stepukonis.
According to 'Verslo žinios', the man who stole 42 million euros and disrupted the National construction works is currently subjected to the usual supervisory measure – wearing an electronic ankle bracelet while at liberty and the confiscation of personal identification documents.
This week it is planned to remove the ankle bracelet, but to require Mr. Stepukonis to register with the police continuously.
However, his personal documents will not be returned.
