"Arsenal” team boasts a Champions League record holder.
After Tuesday's match in Portugal, where the English team defeated Sporting club 1:0, it was noted that midfielder Max Dowman achieved a remarkable feat.
The promising player became the youngest player in the history of the tournament (16 years and 97 days), playing in a quarterfinal match.
In doing so, M. Dowman surpassed the record set by Barcelona representative Lamine Yamal (16 years and 272 days).
