Michael Carrick has long tied his future with the "Middlesbrough" club.

The 42-year-old strategist from England has agreed on a new contract with the "Championship" team, which will be valid until the summer of 2027.

The former longtime "Manchester United" player has been coaching "Middlesbrough" since October 2022, and last season they finished in eighth place in the second division of English football.
