Late 11m penalty in Ireland broke 'Hegelmann'

The Kaunas region team "Hegelmann" failed to bring home a positive result from Ireland.

The players of Andrius Skerla started their performance in the Conference League qualifying tournament with a defeat of 0:1 against "St Patrick's Athletic FC".

The only goal of the match was scored in the 81st minute, when A. Keena accurately converted a 11 m penalty.

The other match statistics were also not in favor of the A league club: the Irish controlled the ball longer (59% to 41%), and made more shots on target (9 to 1).

The return match will be held in Lithuania in a week.
