                Former Sweden and Nigeria national team strategist Lars Lagerback is the most realistic candidate to take over the reins of the Wales national team.
"On paper, it's a very interesting job," said the Swede. "But you need to know how the work is viewed, what the organization is like. We have to wait a bit."
