The head coach of London’s Chelsea club, Liam Rosenior, commented on the desired improvement from his team and Pedro Neto’s red card after the 1:2 loss to Arsenal:

"My job is to create a culture of responsibility, where when a mistake is made, you raise your hands and try to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

But we need to pay attention to mistakes. If I incorrectly select the team or do something wrong, my job is to take responsibility.

The same goes for the 'aristocrats' players.”

And it's not just the player. We have accumulated yellow cards that were due to fouls.

If we want to improve and achieve what we are aiming for, we need to take a big step now so that those mistakes do not happen again in the future.”

Sometimes, a failure is giving the ball away to the opponents, and sometimes it’s the referee's decisions that we disagree with.”

London’s Chelsea club is in eighth place in the English Championship with 45 points.

They have not won their last three matches in this league.
