Former Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modrić is approaching a move to AC Milan.

According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the Croatian will play for this team for one season.

There is also a possibility to extend the contract for another year.

This player will be signed by the rossoneri team for 3.5 million euros + bonuses.

39-year-old Luka Modrić has played for Real Madrid since 2012, scoring 43 goals in 591 matches.
