L. Messi – on the differences between PSG and Miami teams © scanpix

Miami "Inter" forward Lionel Messi, who briefly arrived in Barcelona, spoke with the publication "Diario AS".

The World Champion stated that he had been misunderstood in the past when his harsh words about the PSG team started to appear in the press.

"Perhaps the impression was created that I had to experience hell there, but that was not the case. When I spoke about experiencing unpleasant things in France, I did not have my daily routine in football in mind."

"I felt bad assessing myself," said L. Messi.

"In the meantime, I enjoy every day in the MLS league, I feel more relaxed here, I don't feel immense pressure. Of course, I still maintain my desire to win."

When asked if he plans to play in the upcoming World Cup, he replied: "The MLS season is different from Europe. We will play preseason matches, and then I will see how I feel and whether I will be ready to participate in the World Cup."
