Kaunas Residents Wish to Manage the National Stadium

As the chances of finally completing the long-awaited construction of the National Stadium increase, it is gradually becoming clear who could take over its management.

According to the portal alfa.lt, this right has been desired by the Kaunas company "Žalgiris Group".

It is reported that intensive negotiations are currently taking place with the other party, represented by specialists from the Vilnius municipality/UAB "Vilniaus daugiafunkcis kompleksas".

Interestingly, "Žalgiris Group" owns the "Kauno Žalgiris" club, which won the bronze medals in the last A league.

The company description states:

"Žalgiris Group" unites companies and brands operating within the structure of Kaunas "Žalgiris" and "Žalgiris" arena.
