In the pre-season North London derby – a sweet victory for Tottenham.

Having changed their coach in the off-season, the Spurs defeated the Gunners 1:0.

In the 45th minute, Pape Matar Sarr scored the only goal of the match. After intercepting the ball from the midfield, he lobbed Arsenal goalkeeper David Raya.

The new Arsenal striker Viktor Gyokeres made his debut in this match. He entered the field in the 77th minute, replacing Kai Havertz.

This was Tottenham's second victory in preparation for the season. Arsenal suffered their first defeat.
