In Seville – a solid victory for Madrid's Atletico.

Diego Simeone's team defeated local Real Betis players 2:0.

In the 3rd minute, Giuliano Simeone shot along the ground, defeating the Real Betis goalkeeper.

At the end of the half, during added time, Real Betis actively earned an 11-meter penalty against Atletico, while the guests, having broken away, launched a great attack during which Alejandro Baena, having found himself at the forefront, doubled the score. Another beautiful goal was scored.

There were no goals in the second half of the match.

After this victory, Atletico returned to the top four of La Liga.
