In recent seasons, the Lithuanian national football team has struggled to break a series of failures and shine with memorable results.

It’s no surprise that Edgaras Jankauskas's squad is mentioned worldwide only for curious reasons.

In his show, traveler Paulius Samoška interviewed a Saudi Arabian citizen, who said how Lithuania is known in his country.

It turns out that the Arabs, who adore the forward Cristiano Ronaldo playing in their championship, are well aware of his career achievements.

"I have heard of Lithuania for one reason – in your country, C. Ronaldo has scored the most goals," the Arab said.

In the past, C. Ronaldo has indeed heavily punished the Lithuanian national team – in two matches in 2019, he scored as many as 7 goals. The forward has mostly tormented the Luxembourg team (11 goals).
