Granite Xhaka will again play in the English Premier League.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano reported that Sunderland has reached an agreement with Bayer Leverkusen for the acquisition of the experienced Switzerland national team player.

The Premier League newcomers will pay a buyout fee of 20 million euros for the player.

The player himself will sign a contract until the summer of 2027.
