Fulham survived in the League Cup only after a series of 11-meter penalties.

The league cup has entered the round of sixteen.

"Fulham” defeated "Wycombe Wanderers” away in a penalty shootout – 1:1 (5:4).

At the start of the second half, Josh King equalized after a goal by Woodrow in the first half.

In the penalty shootout, the "Fulham” players were slightly more accurate. Ryan Sessegnon could have extended the lead with the tenth shot in the series, but his shot was saved by the home goalkeeper Will Norris.

Shortly after, three more penalties were saved, but Issa Diop eventually didn't miss and sent "Fulham” to the next round.
