This year, Serie A has a surprise contender.

Frosinone climbed to fourth place in Serie A after a 4–2 victory over Sassuolo.

Giacomo Calò’s goal and a hat-trick from Antonio Raimondo secured the victory for the team.

Admittedly, depending on other results, Frosinone could still drop as low as eighth place this round. Nevertheless, 13 points from seven matches is a significant achievement.
