Former "Man City" player Terry Phelan is urging English football officials to resolve the "citizens'" 115 violations case more quickly.
According to the Englishman, the current situation is becoming farcical, and every delayed day damages the league's reputation.
"How much longer will this last – 10, 15 years? Let them enjoy it while they still can.
I know what football fans think – "Everton" has been punished, other clubs have too, so why is "Man City" being left alone? What is the reason?
Perhaps the Manchester team will receive a fine of £100, £300, or £400 million.
And if "Man City" were given a £1 billion fine and that money was distributed to lower league teams, I would be satisfied," said T. Phelan.
