Fastest Players in Europe: the honors go to a representative from 'Real' © ZUMAPRESS.com

One of the most important player attributes in football is speed. Slow footballers simply have no chance in today's professional football, where even one poorly played second can determine the outcome of the match.

In the updated list of the fastest players in Europe, not only well-known names shine but also players less known to ordinary fans.

However, among the sprinters stands out a true superstar – Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappe, who alone managed to reach a speed of 38 km/h. Interestingly, in 2009, sprinter Usain Bolt, who set the record for the 100m sprint, achieved an average speed of 37.58 km/h.
