"Barcelona" club midfielder Frenkie de Jong stated to the Dutch publication "Voetbal Zone" that he is likely to remain at "Barca" and extend his contract:

"I believe that I will extend my contract with the Catalans, but you can never say that with 100 percent certainty. If everything works out well, that is what will happen.

I hope that it will happen. I am happy at "Barca".

Frenkie de Jong's contract with "Barcelona" is valid until the summer of 2026.
