Former France national team footballer Emmanuel Petit boldly spoke about Bayern and England national team forward Harry Kane's chances of winning the Ballon d'Or.

"Harry Kane's chances for the Ballon d'Or are over," said the former midfielder. "He has scored a lot of goals, so when it comes to the Bundesliga, a scenario can be created in which he receives the award.
