E. Maresca: "R. James had another incredible performance"

The head coach of London’s Chelsea club, Enzo Maresca, praised his team captain Reece James after a 2-2 draw with Newcastle United:

"R. James... Once again, he was fantastic.

It was an incredible performance from the Englishman. He played as a midfielder for over an hour, and in the remaining half-hour, he played as a full-back.

We are very happy for him.”

26-year-old Reece James has scored a goal in 21 matches this season.

Chelsea is tied for 4th-5th place in the English Championship with 29 points.
