“Newcastle United“ will meet “Barcelona“ in the Champions League quarter-finals tomorrow.
Before the match, the head coach of “the Magpies“ Eddie Howe mentioned the importance of these matches and praised the Catalans:
“There are only 16 teams left and we are one of them. We have an opportunity to take advantage of a moment that we may not experience again.
We don’t want to miss this chance and think about what could have been.“
“During my time here, over these four years, we have worked to reach this point.“
“When you play against the best teams, you can learn a lot and move on. I hope we will learn from these matches.“
“Barca“ proved in their battle with Atletico Madrid that they will fight until the very end, regardless of the outcome of the match.
“The Magpies“ need to focus on trying to win and not think too much about it,
“the recent results of the Barcelona team are excellent and they are leading the league.“
“Newcastle United“ will play the first match at home, with the return leg taking place on March 18 in Barcelona.
