The Nations League saves lives and hopes.

Sweden has earned just one point in their qualifying group after four matches, but yesterday they received good news.

The Czech Republic secured their place in the qualifying playoffs, so Sweden moved up in the Nations League ranking and also secured a spot in the playoffs for the World Cup.

In League C, Group 1 of the Nations League, Sweden finished in first place, surpassing Slovakia, Estonia, and Azerbaijan.
