D. Upamecano: 'I am happy at Bayern and will make a decision'

Bayern Munich defender Dayot Upamecano commented on his future and how he feels in the Bavarian team to the sports publication L'Équipe:

"We will make the right decision. I am being advised correctly.

I have always mentioned that I am happy here. I have a great coach and teammates.

I still have a valid contract with the Bayern team. I am very pleased if there are teams that are interested in me.”

27-year-old Dayot Upamecano has been playing for Bayern Munich since 2021 and has scored 5 goals in 167 matches.

The Frenchman's contract with the Bavarians is valid until the summer of 2026.
