The friendly match between England and Uruguay was marked by one bizarre incident.

At the end of the match, Uruguay's defensive midfielder Manuel Ugarte received two yellow cards in a matter of minutes.

Despite these two penalties, the Manchester United player remained on the field.

The second yellow card was shown for arguing with the referee. According to the referees, one of those cards was ultimately rescinded, which is a very rare occurrence in football.

After this incident, Uruguay equalized the score, and the match ended with a score of 1:1.
