The construction of the national stadium is gaining momentum. The company "Hanner," which is building the sports complex, has convinced banks to provide a huge loan.

A funding of 100 million euros will now be obtained.

The bank "Swedbank" provided a loan of 65 million, while "Luminor" provided 35 million euros.

According to "Hanner" chairman Arvydas Avulis, the work is proceeding according to plan, and the construction of the stadium's structure will begin in November.

The arena, which will have 18,000 seats, is expected to be erected within the next two years.
